switch all speakers off.

You can play/recharge an iPod (not included) when you attach the separately sold universal dock (SH-PD10) for iPod 
into the option port slot and connect a compatible iPod.

1.  Set the channel reception to FM 87.9 MHz (200 kHz steps) /  FM 87.5 MHz (100 kHz steps) or AM 520 kHz ( ➔ page 49).
•  You can start with the frequency you like. In that case, stations with frequencies before 
the starting point cannot be memorized.
• Up to 30 stations can be set in each band, FM and AM.

“ST” is displayed when a stereo FM broadcast is tuned.

Notes on “To connect bi-wire 
speakers”
Bi-wire speakers have separate connection terminals for high 
frequency and low frequency signals (➔ page 22).
• 

Bi-wiring prevents high frequency and low frequency signals 
from interfering with each other. It offers playback in high 
audio quality.
• HF and LF stand for high frequency and low frequency,  respectively.
