English 14 English 14 Installation Powering On the Projector 1. Remove the lens cap. 2. Ensure that the power cord and signal cable are securely connected. The Power LED lights red. 3. Turn on the lamp by pressing “Power/Standby” button either on the top of the projector or pressing “Power” button on the remote. The Power LED will turn blue. English 15 English 15 Installation Warning Indicator When the “LAMP” indicator lights red, the projector will automatically shut itself down. Please contact your local reseller or service center. See pages 62-63. When the “TEMP” indicator lights red, it indicates the pro- jector has overheated. The projector will automatically shut itself down. English 16 English 16 Installation Adjusting the Projected Image Adjusting the Projector’s Height The projector is equipped with elevator feet for adjusting the image height. To raise/lower the image: 1. Locate the elevator foot you wish to modify on the under side of the projector. 2. Rotate the elevator foot counter clockwise to raise the pro- jector or clockwise to lower it. Repeat with the remaining feet as needed. 3. Reset the projector on its feet and re-adjust as needed. English 17 English 17 Installation Adjusting the Projector’s Zoom / Focus The projector will focus at distances from 3.9 to 39.4 feet (1.2 to 12.0 meters). ▀■ Adjusting the Projector’ Zoom 1.
