21English Installation Adjusting the Projected Image Adjusting the Projector’s Height The projector is equipped with elevator feet for adjusting the image height. 1. Locate the adjustable foot you wish to modify on the underside of the projector. 2. Rotate the adjustable ring clockwise to raise the projector or counter clockwise to lower it. 22English Installation Adjusting the Projector’s Zoom / Focus You may turn the zoom ring to zoom in or out. To focus the im- age, rotate the focus ring until the image is clear. (refer to page 32) 4:3Scale the image at a 4:3 (1440x1080) aspect ratio. 16:9Scale the image at a 16:9 (1920x1080) aspect ratio. LBX Enable the viewing of the letterboxed nonan- amorphically enhanced movie at full screen width. Part of the original image will be lost if the image aspect ratio is less than 2.35:1. NativeThe input source will be displayed without scaling. GammaSet up gamma curve type. BrightnessAdjust the brightness of the image. ContrastControl the degree of difference between the lightest and darkest parts of the picture. 3D FormatManually select a 3D mode that matches your 3D content. 29English User Controls Display Mode Brightness Contrast Sharpness Color Tint Advanced Photo IMAGE Sub MenuSettings Main Menu The Projector has multilingual On-screen Display menus that allow you to make image adjustments and change a variety of settings. The projector will automatically detect the source. How to operate 1. To open the OSD menu, press “Menu” on the Remote Control or Control Panel. 2 When OSD is displayed, use ◄► keys to select any item in the main menu. While making a selection on a particular page, press ▼ or “Enter” key to enter sub menu. 3. Use ▲▼ keys to select the desired item in the sub menu and then press ► or “Enter” key to view further settings. Adjust the settings by ◄► key. 4. Select the next item to be adjusted in the sub menu and adjust as described above. 5. Press “Enter” or “Menu” to confirm, and the screen will return to the main menu. 6. To exit, press “Menu” again. The OSD menu will close and the projector will automatically save the new settings. On-screen Display Menus
