Cleaning the camera
Turn off the camera and remove the battery before cleaning the camera.
Exterior:
•  Wipe gently with a soft cloth. If the camera is very dirty, soak the cloth in mild soapy water and wring well. Wipe the camera with the damp cloth and then dry it with\

 Pixel Mapping - Checking the image processing functions 
The pixel mapping feature allows the camera to check and adjust the imag\
e pickup 
device and image processing functions. After using the monitor or taking continuous 
shots, wait for at least one minute before using the pixel mapping funct\
ion to ensure 
that it operates correctly.
1 Select [Pixel Mapping] in c Custom Menu (P. 78) tab b.
