First, press the (POWER) button on the projector cabinet or the POWER OFF button on the remote con- trol. 27 1 Turning off the Image and Sound Press the AV-MUTE button to turn off the image and sound for a short period of time. Press again to restore the image and sound. The projector’s power-saving function will work 10 seconds after the image is turned off. As a result, the lamp power will be reduced. Convenient Features Changing Eco Mode/Checking Energy-Saving Effect Using Eco Mode [ECO MODE] The ECO MODE (ECO1 and ECO2) increases lamp life, while lowering power consumption and cutting down on CO2 emissions. Four brightness modes of the lamp can be selected: [OFF], [AUTO ECO], [ECO1] and [ECO2] modes. 30 3. Convenient Features Preventing the Unauthorized Use of the Projector [SECURITY] A keyword can be set for your projector using the Menu to avoid operation by an unauthorized user. When a keyword is set, turning on the projector will display the Keyword input screen.
