111 7. Maintenance 2. Loosen the two screws securing the lamp housing until the phillips screwdriver goes into a freewheeling condition. The two screws are not removable. Remove the lamp housing by holding it. NOTE: There is an interlock on this case to prevent the risk of electrical shock. Do not attempt to circumvent this interlock. 3. Finally, select the menu → [Reset] → [Clear Lamp Hours] to reset the lamp life remaining and lamp usage hours. NOTE: When the lamp exceeds 2100 hours (up to 3100 hours in Eco mode) of service, the projector cannot turn on and the menu is not displayed.
