21 2. Installation and Connections Inserting the PC Card 1. Make sure the main power is off before inserting the PC card. (This step is needed only when the wireless LAN card being inserted into the projectors PC CARD slot) 2. 22 2. Installation and Connections PC Card Type The PC Card slot accepts PCMCIA Type II only. NOTE: The projector does not support NTFS formatted flash memory card or USB memory device. Be sure to use a flash memory card or USB memory device formatted with the FAT32, FAT16 or FAT file system. To format your flash memory card or USB memory device in your computer, refer to the document or help file that comes with your Windows operating systems. 23 2. Installation and Connections Connecting the Supplied Power Cable Connect the supplied power cable to the projector. First connect the supplied power cables two-pin plug to the AC IN of the projector, and then connect the other plug of the supplied power cable in the wall outlet. Make sure that the prongs are fully inserted into both the AC IN and the wall outlet. 29 Correcting Keystone Distortion Auto Keystone Correction The Auto Keystone correction feature will correct vertical distortion of a projected image on the screen. No special operation required. Just put the projector on a flat surface. To use the Auto Keystone function, first you must select [Auto] in [Keystone] from the menu.
