2-4MS-7388 Mainboard CPU Installation Procedures for Socket AM2/ AM2+ 1.Please turn off the power and unplug the power cord before installing the CPU. 2.Pull the lever sideways away from the socket. Make sure to raise the lever up to a 90-de- gree angle. 3.Look for the gold arrow on the CPU. The gold arrow should point as shown in the picture. Insert the memory module vertically into the DIMM slot. Then push it in until the golden finger on the memory module is deeply inserted in the DIMM slot. 3.
