    a.Parts.Allparts(exceptanysoftwareincorporatedintothisHDTV)arewarranted foraperiod ofoneyearfromthedateoftheoriginal
    purchaseatretail.Wewillrepairorreplace,atouroption,anydefective partwithout chargeforthepart.Partsusedforreplacementmaybe
    replacedwiththoseoflikekindandqualityandmaybeneworremanufactured.Partsusedfor replacementarewarrantedfortheremainderof

    law.
    Separation ofComponents. TheSoftware islicensed asasingle product. Itscomponent partsmaynotbeseparated foruseonmore than
    one
    TV.
    NoRental.Youmay notrent, lease, lendorsublicense theSoftware.
    Trademarks. ThisLicense Agreement doesnotgrant youanyrights toany trademarks
    ofMDEA.
    3.VIOLATIONS.Youunderstand thatanyuse, copying ortransferofthe Software, exceptaspermitted pursuanttothis License,
    may subject youtoserious criminal andcivil penalties includingdamages and
    anawardtoMDEA ofattorneys feesinconnection withany
    violation ofthis License.
    Youfurther understand thatyoumay beheld legally responsible forany copyright infringement orother violation
    of intellectual propertyrightsthatiscaused, encouraged orinduced byyour failure toabide bythe terms ofthe License. Thislicense
    is effective untilterminated andwillterminate immediately withoutnoticefromMDEA orjudicial resolution ifyou failtocomply withany
    provision

    5.EXPORT RESTRICTIONS.MDEAislicensing theSoftware foruse within theUnited States.Youagreethatyouwillnotexport or
    re-export theSoftware.
    Youspecifically agreenottoexport orre-export theSoftware:(i)toany country towhich theU.S.hasembargoed
    or restricted theexport
    ofgoods orservices, whichcurrently include,butarenot necessarily limitedtoCuba, Iran,Iraq, Libya, NorthKorea,
    Sudan, andSyria, ortoany national ofany such country, wherever located,whointends totransmit ortransport theSoftware backtosuch
    country;
    (ii)to any person orentity whoyouknow orhave reason toknow willutilize theSoftwareinthe design, development,orproduction
    of nuclear, chemical, orbiological weapons;or
    (iii)toany person orentity whohasbeen prohibited fromparticipatinginU.S.export
    transactions byany federal agency
    oftheU.S. government.Youwarrant andrepresent thatneither the BXAnorany other U.S.federal
    agency hassuspended, revoked,
