With your other hand, place your thumbnail in the Charger/USB Port at the bottom of the phone as shown in the illustration on the following page.

13 Charging the phone The Charger/USB Port is located at the bottom of the phone. Insert one end of the USB cable into the phone and plug the other end into an electrical outlet. NOTE: Do not open the back cover while your phone is charging. Using the memory card Make sure to unmount the SD card in the Storage menu before removing it. 1 Remove the back cover. 2 Insert the memory card into the slot. Make sure the gold contact area is facing downwards.

15 Smart Lock You can use Smart Lock to make unlocking your phone easier. You can configure it to keep your phone unlocked when you have a trusted Bluetooth device connected to it, when it's in a familiar location, like your home or work, or when it recognizes your face.
