31 NO NO INTRODUCTION To avoid any risk of personal injury, material damage or incorrect use of the appliance, be sure to observe the following safety precautions. (After reading these owner’s instructions, please keep them in a safe place for reference). Remember to hand them over to any subsequent owner. Ina case of defying manual owner regulation, manufacturer do not carry warranty liability. • This fridge-freezer must be properly installed and located in accordance with the Installation Instruction before it is used. • Do not disassemble, repair or alter the appliance. It may cause fire or abnormal operations, which way lead to injury. • To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons when using your product, basic safety precautions should be followed. 1. When connecting the power A separate outlet should be used. Using several devices at one outlet may cause fire. Water on the plug or plug damage can cause fire or electric shock. Make sure the mains cable is not bent or trapped under a heavy object. It may damage the cable and cause fire or electric shock. Do not change the mains cable and do not change its length. Storing materials with strict temperature limitations may cause deterioration of the materials or other unexpected reaction and may be riskfull. Use the submerged fridge-freezer only after its been checked by service agent. It may cause electric shock or fire. Natural gas (isobutane, R600a) is used as the refrigerant. It is environment-friendly but even small amount (80~90g) is flammable. If in process of transportation, installing or using some damage caused gas leakage, any spark may result in fire or burns. After ventilating the room, contact the service center. In case of gas leakage do not touch the appliance or socket and ventilate the room immediatel y. Do not spray water on the outside or inside of the appliance and do not clean it with solvents. Deterioration of insulation of electric parts may cause electric shock or fire. 2. Always be careful, please. The refrigerant and insulation blowing gas used in the appliance require special disposal procedures. Before disposal, make sure none of the pipes at the back of the appliance is damaged. Down-block office Do not touch food or containers at the freezer with wet hands. It may cause frostbite. After unplugging the appliance, wait for 5 minutes or longer before reconnecting the plug. It may cause the operation of the freezer to fail. Do not put bottles into the freezer. Frozen contents may break the bottle and cause injury. To unplug the appliance pull the end of the plug and not the cable. Extraction by the cord may cause electric shock or short circuit and fire. Do not use the combustible spray near the fridge-freezer. It may cause fire. In case of thunder and lightning, or not in use for a long period of time, detach the power plug.
