Your web page is crap. I own one of your fridges 14h ago. I still don't know what is the model. The model number inside the fridge (GSI960P2AZ, or perhaps 1 rather than I or perhaps Z rather than 2, it's so small and faint it can't be read) is not in the list. The instructions manual in paper DOES NOT have any instructions (I don't know how to regulate temperature, I have been asked to connect WiFi but it does not explain what for). I have tried to download generic manual because my number is not accepted, and I only get versions in Latvian, Russian and Ukranian (LG Ga 409 Ueqa Latvian Version Manual 92 pages | LG Fridge freezer LG Ga 419 Bca Russian Version Manual 25 pages | LG Fridge freezer LG Ga 419 Bvqa Owners Manual 64 pages | LG Fridge freezer). Is it possible to get any reasonable instructions from any reasonable source to learn about the fridge? I am seriously considering to turn back the machine to the shop tomorrow. Jose Manuel
