    compartment cover” on page 38
     see “1050 Hard disk drive” on page 39
     see “1060 DIMM” on page 41
     see “1070 PCI Express Mini Card for wireless LAN/WAN” on page 42

    cable in the direction shown by arrows  . IO board connector in the 
    direction shown by arrow  .
    When installing: Make sure that the power board connector, TouchPad and IO 
    board cable are attached firmly.

    When handling the system board, bear the following in mind.
     Be careful not to drop the system board on a bench top that has a hard 
    surface, such as metal, wood, or composite.
     Avoid rough handling of any kind.
     In the whole process, make sure not to drop or stack the system board.
     If you put a system board down, make sure to put it only on a padded 
    surface such as an ESD mat or conductive corrugated material.

    When installing: Make sure that all the connectors are attached firmly.
    Remove the system board in the direction shown by arrow  .
    When installing: When attaching the system board to the base cover, adjust the 
    placement of the ports as shown in  . Improper placement of the ports or those 
    jacks might cause a damage.

    Y400: Release the antenna cables from the cable guides in the direction shown by 
    arrows . Remove screws .

    Y500: Release the antenna cables from the cable guides in the direction shown by 
    arrows  . Remove four screws  .
    When installing:
     Route the antenna cables along the cable guides. As you route the cables, 
    make sure that they are not subjected to any tension. Tension could cause the 
    cables to be damaged by the cable guides, or a wire to be broken.
     Make sure that the LCD connector is attached firmly and make sure that you 
    do not pinch the antenna cables when you attach the LCD assembly. Route 
    the LCD cable along the cable guides.
