G500: Loosen two screws  , detach the system board connector in the direction 
shown by arrow   and remove the switch board.
Loosen three screws  . Detach LCD connector in the direction shown by arrow 
, unplug the USB board and optical disk drive board connectors in the 
direction shown by arrows  . Unplug  the DC-IN cable , back-up battery and 
speakers connectors in the direction shown by arrows  .

When installing: When attaching the system board to the base cover, adjust the 
placement of the ports as shown in  , and make sure that both of the USB ports 
and the microphone jack are attached to the holes on the base cover as shown in 
. Improper placement of the ports or those jacks might cause a damage.

G500: Release the antenna cables from the cable guides in the direction shown by 
arrows  . Remove four screws  .
When installing:
 Route the antenna cables along the cable guides. As you route the cables, 
make sure that they are not subjected to any tension. Tension could cause the 
cables to be damaged by the cable guides, or a wire to be broken.
