Intro duc tionREPORTING SAFETY DEFECTS
If you believe that your vehicle has a defect 
which could cause a crash, or could cause 
injury or death, you should immediately inform 
the National Highway Traffic Safety 
Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying 
Land Rover North America Inc.
If NHTSA recieves similar complaints, it may 
open an investigation and if it finds that a safety 
defect exists in a group of vehicles, it may order 
a recall and remedy campaign.

GEARBOX SELECTOR LEVER LABELS

ANTI-THEFT PRECAUTIONS
While it may be difficult to deter the 
‘professional’ car thief, the majority of thefts are 
carried out by unskilled opportuninsts. 
Therefore, take vehicle security very seriously 
and ALWAYS adopt this simple ‘four pont’ drill 
whenever you leavbe your vehicle - even for just 
a few minutes:
1.Fully close all the windows (and the 
sunroof).
2.Remove your valuable belongings (or hide
