Troubleshooting www.kodak.com/go/support 74 Direct printing (PictBridge) problems Still having problems? Visit www.kodak.com/go/p880support, or see page 75. For Direct printing issues, contact the printer manufacturer. Picture is not clear■To automatically set exposure and focus, press the Shutter button halfway and hold. When the AE/AF indicator turns green, press the Shutter button completely down to take the picture. ■Clean the lens (page 88). ■Make sure camera is not in Macro AF mode if you are outside of the Macro AF setting or the Flower and Close-up mode specifications. ■Make sure camera is not in Telephoto mode if you are closer than the telephoto focus specification. ■Place the camera on a flat, steady surface or use a tripod, especially in high-zoom settings or in low light. Status Solution Cannot locate desired picture. ■Use the Direct print menu to change the image storage location. The Direct print menu display turns off. ■Press any button to redisplay the menu. Cannot print pictures. ■Ensure that there is a connection between the camera and printer (page 21). ■Ensure the printer and camera have power (page 21).
