    Connecting the Projector
    	Due	to	the		 	
    difference	in		 	
    applications	for	each		
    country,	some	regions	
    may	have	different	 	
    accessories.
     		To	ensure	the	projector	works	well	with	your	computer,	
    please	make	sure	the	timing	of	the	display	mode	is	
    compatible	with	your	projector.

    Operation
    
    Powering On the Projector
    1.	 Remove	the	lens	cap.	
    2.	 	
    Ensure	that	the	power	cord	and	signal	cable	are	securely	
    connected.	The	Power	LED	will	turn	flash	blue.
    3.	 	 Turn	on	the	lamp	by	pressing	“Power/Standby”		on	the	
    control	panel.	
    	The	startup	screen	will	display	for	about	25	
    seconds	and	the	Power	LED	will	turn	blue.
    4.	 	 Turn	on	your	source	(computer,	notebook,	video	player,etc.)	
    The	projector	will	detect	your	source	automatically.
    		If	you	connect	multiple	sources	at	the	same	time,	use	the	
    “source”		on	the	remote	control	or	use	the	“computer“,	
    ”video	1”,	“video	2“		on	the	remote	control	to	switch.

    Operation
    
    Powering Off the Projector
    1.			
    Press	the	“Power/Standby”		to	turn	off	the	projector	lamp,	
    you	will	see	a	message	as	below	on	the	on-screen	display.
    	
    2.		Press	the	“Power/Standby”		again	to	confirm.	
    3.	 	 The	cooling	fan	continues	to	operate	for	abo ut	120	seconds	
    for	cooling	cycle	and	the	Power	LED	will	flash	blue.	 When	
    the	light	starts	flashing,	the	projector	has	entered	standby	
    mode.
    	 	
    If	you	wish	to	turn	the	projector	back	on,	you	must	wait	
    until	the	projector	has	completed	the	cooling	cycle	and	has	
    entered	standby	mode.	Once	in	standby	mode,	simply	press	
    “Power/Standby”		to	restart	the	projector.
    4.	 	 Disconnect	the	power	cord	from	the	electrical	outlet	and	the	
    projector.
    5.	 	
    Do	not	turn	on	the	projector	immediately	following	a	power	
    off	procedure.

    Warning Indicator
    		
    When	the	“Power”	LED	i ndicator	turns	red,	it	indicates	the	
    projector	has	overheated.	The	projector	will	auto matically	
    shut	itself	down.
     		
    When	the	“Power”	LED	in dicator	flashes	red	and	the	mes-
    sage	below	displays	onscreen,	it	indicates	t he	projector	
    will	detect	the	lamp	life	itself.	When	you	see	this	message,	
    change	the	lamp	as	soon	as	possible	or	contact	your	local	
    dealer	or	our	service	center.	
     		 When	the	“Power”	LED	indi cator	flashes	red	and	the	mes-
    sage	below	displays	onscreen,	it	indicates	the	fan	failed.	Stop	
    using	the	projector	and	disconnect	the	po wer	cord	from	the	
    electrical	outlet,	then	contact	your	local	dealer	or	our	service

    The projector is equipped with elevator feet for adjusting the 
    height of image.
    	To	raise/lower	the	image:

    Adjusting the Projector Zoom / Focus
    You	may	turn	the	zoom	lever	to	zoom	in	or	out.	To	focus	the	
    image,	rotate	the	focus	ring	until	the	image	is	clear.	The	pro
    -
    jector	will	focus	at	distances	from	3.3	to	39.4	feet	(1.0	to	12.0	
    meters)	with	mechanical	travel.

    User Controls
    The Projector has multilingual On Screen Display menus that 
    allow you to make image adjustments and change a variety of 
    settings. The projector will automatically detect the source. 
    How to operate 
    1.	 To	open	the	OSD	menu,	press	“Menu”	on	the	Remote	Control.
    2.		When	OSD	is	displayed,	use						keys	to	select	any	item	in	the	
    main	menu.	While	making	a	selection	on	a	particular	page,	press		
    	 	key	to	enter	sub	menu.
    3. 		Use						keys	to	select	the	desired	item	in	the	sub	menu	and	
    adjust	the	settings	by		
    				key.	
    4.		
    If	the	setting	has		icon,	you	could	press	“Enter”	to	ente r	another	
    sub	menu.	Press	“Menu”	to	close	the	sub	menu	after	adjustment.
    5.	 	
    After	adjusting	the	settings,	press	“Menu”	back	to	the	main	menu.
    6.	 	
    To	exit,	press	“Menu”again.	The	OSD	menu	will	be	closed	and	the	
    projector	will	automatically	save	the	new	settings.

    (PC Mode)
    	 Display	Mode
    		There	are	many	factory	presets	optimized	for	various	types	of	im-
    ages.		
    		PC:	For	computer	or	notebook.
    		Movie:	For	home	theater.
    		sRGB:	For	standard	color.
    		Game:	For	game.
    		User:	Memorize	user’s	settings.
    	 Brightness
    	Adjust	the	brightness	of	the	image.
    		Press	the		to	darken	image.
    		Press	the		to	lighten	the	image.
    	 Contrast
    	 	The	contrast	controls	the	degree	of	difference	between	the	lightest	
    and	darkest	parts	of	the	picture.	Adjusting	the	contrast	changes	the	
    amount	of	black	and	white	in	the	image.
    		Press	the		to	decrease	the	contrast.

    User Controls
    
    	 Frequence
    		“Frequence”	changes	the	display	data	frequency	to	match	the	fre-
    quency	of	your	computer’s	graphic	card.	If	you	experience	a	vertical	
    flickering	bar,	use	this	function	to	make	an	adjustment.
    	 Tracking
    	 	Synchronize	the	signal	timing	of	the	projector	with	the	graphics	
    card.	If	you	experience	an	unstable	or	flickering	image,	use	this	
    function	to	correct	it.	
    	 White	Peaking
    		Use	the	white	peaking	control	to	set	the	white	peaking	level	of	
    DMD	chip.	0	stands	for	minimal	peaking,	and	10	stands	for	maxi
    -
    mum	peaking.	If	you	prefer	a	stronger	image,	adjust	towards	the	
    maximum	setting.		For	a	smooth	and	more	natural	image,	adjust	
    towards	the	minimum	setting.
    	 Color	Temp.
    	 	Adjust	the	color	temperature.	At	higher	temperature,	the	screen	
    looks	colder;	at	lower	temperature,	the	screen	looks	warmer.
    	 Degamma
    		This	allows	you	to	choose	a	degamma	table	that	has	been	fine-tuned	
    to	bring	out	the	best	image	quality	for	the	input.
