14 Using the Projector Adjusting the Projector To focus the image, rotate the focus ring (Figure 9) until the image is clear. To zoom the image, rotate the zoom ring. This adjusts the image size without affecting focus. 15 Using the Keypad Buttons The keypad is lit orange when the projector is on and lit green while the menus are displayed. While the menus are displayed, the volume, source, and standby buttons act as navigation but- tons. See “Using the On-Screen Menus” on page 17 for details. 16 Using the Projector Standby When you press standby, the display and audio turn off and a blank screen is displayed for 15 minutes. You can change the amount of time the projector stays in standby mode; see “Standby Time” on page 23 for details. If you press standby again within 15 minutes, the projector returns to normal operations immediately. Most of these adjustments aren’t available directly from the keypad. NOTE: Some menu items may be grayed out at certain times.
