    							The Ultimate InFocus High-Performance Projectors
    for Large Venue Installations
    in 5540

The InFocus IN5542 and IN5544 3LCD projectors blast out up to
7500 lumens of brightness through a choice of seven lenses to
    give you incredible installation flexibility.
Auditoriums, convention halls, lecture halls, concert venues and
large conference rooms can all reap the benefits of this marvel’s
    power, flexibility, and non-stop performance.
    Maximum versatility and quality
    for the most demanding installations
    Why choose the IN5540 Series?
     Up to 7500 lumens
     Seven lenses choices
 Motorized lens shift and lens memory
 HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, 5 BNC inputs and more
     Sophisticated networking capabilities
 Extended product life with inorganic LCD panels
 Easy maintenance with 10,000-hour filter
     Stunning picture quality
    Maximum Installation Flexibility
    Optional Lenses
From ultra-short throw to ultra-long throw, the seven interchangeable lens options
for the IN5542 and IN5544 allow them to be placed into almost any available
    space.
    Wide Lens Shift
The projector can cover a total range of 2.7 screen areas vertically and 2.2 screen
areas horizontally – that’s 85% of the screen’s height up or down and 60% of the
screen’s width from side to side. So now you can install the projector in the perfect
location, including from steep angles to avoid shadows.
    Lens Shift Memory
Store up to three lens shift settings and call them up to get the perfect image
placement on your screen as your content source changes. For example, you can
automatically center the image on your screen when changing from 4:3 content to
    16:10 content and back again.

    							Even More Lenses!
The included lens adapter allows you to use select lenses from Hitachi and Sanyo
that you may already own in the IN5500 Series.
Network Bridge and RS232 Daisy Chain
Send commands through the LAN port to another device connected to the
RS232C output, such as external TV tuner or control panel. RS232 input and
output ports allow you to daisy chain multiple IN5540 projectors together.
    Vertical Projection
Project 90° up or down. This makes the IN5500 Series a great option for retail
signage, events, video art, and many other applications.
    Connectivity
The IN5540 projectors have HDMI, DVI-D, VGA,
BNC and other legacy inputs to suit the needs
of its users now and in the future. You can
even connect an optional InFocus LiteShow III
wireless adapter that frees you from cables,
speeds set-up time, and transmits data, audio,
    and video over a 300-foot (91m) range.
Control and Monitor Over Your Network
Network administrators can remotely access and control the projector over
standard LAN/WAN, including scheduling start-up and shut-off times to save
    energy and lamp life.
    Smart Remote Control
The full-function remote control lets you control up to four projectors
independently. You can adjust zoom, lens shift and focus with the remote. It also
    has a built-in laser pointer.
    Hassle-Free Maintenance and Control
    Long-Life Filter
The four-layer high-efficiency filter lasts for
over 10,000 hours, making the IN5540
projectors more inexpensive to operate and a
great choice for retail, digital signage and other
    constant-use applications.
    Fast Maintenance
The lamp and filter are easily accessible from the projector’s installed
position. Remove only three screws with your average screwdriver to replace
a lamp. Replace the filter in a flash with no tools at all.
    Power and Detail
    High Brightness
The sun can’t compete with this brightness! Up to 7500 lumens give you
incredible flexibility for installations with long projection distances and/or high
ambient light while also providing rich colors and incredible detail for all to see.
    Brilliant Picture Quality
Smooth and natural gradations with 1024 shades of each RGB color are achieved
with 10-bit digital processing from input to output. Plus, high 2500:1 contrast
(with standard lens) and high-performance chipset boosts the picture quality
    even further.
    Longer Product Life
Three inorganic LCD panels provide longer operating
life and higher brightness, for greater value and improved
    picture quality.
    Mechanical Shutter
The shutter mechanically blocks off light, acting as a valuable tool for any
    presentation.
