English – 21 Maintenance Cleaning Clean the machine directly after use. It is much easier to wash off grass cuttings before they dry. Oily dirt can be removed using a cold degreasing agent. These can in time become slack, which implies that the adjustment of the steering becomes altered. Check that the cooling intake is free from leaves, grass and dirt. Check the air duct, located on the inside of the engine cover, ensure it is clean and does not rub against the cooling air intake.
