Control panel features 1On: Turns the product on or off. When the product is off, a minimal amount of power is still used. To completely remove power, turn off the product, then unplug the power cord. 2Cancel : Stops the current operation. 3Start Copy Black : Starts a black-and-white copy job. 4Start Copy Color: Starts a color copy job. 5Attention light: Shows attention event, such as paper jam or out of paper. 6Ink attention light: Indicates low ink or a print cartridge problem. Make sure you have paper loaded in the input tray. 2. On the File menu in your software application, click Print. 3. Make sure the product is the selected printer. 4. If you need to change settings, click the button that opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on your software application, this button might be called Properties, Options , Printer Setup , Printer , or Preferences .
