Configure trays The product automatically prompts you to configure a tray for type and size in the following situations: ● When you load paper into the tray ● When you specify a particular tray or media type for a print job through the printer driver or a software program and the tray is not conf igured to match the print-job’s settings The following message appears on the control panel: Tray [type] [size] To change size or type press the checkmark button . Choose an output location Standard output bin The product has a standard output bin for printed pages. When you send print jobs to the product from a computer, the output is routed to the standard output bin or to one of the output bins on the optional 3-bin stapler/stacker or booklet maker finisher.
