The interactive pen may stop working when plugging in the USB cable or booting up a computer on which Starboard Software has been installed. ・ Connect the projector after the computer starts up, making sure the system is ready to use. ・ If you got the message dialog showing "Projector is not connected" after "Check Connection" command through the Starboard Software menu, and the interactive pen still does not work, turn the projector power off and try again from the beginning. 83 The interactive pen or system does not work properly or intermittently works.
