    E
    asy lamp access
The door used to replace the lamp is on
the top of the projector, making it easy to
change the lamp when the projector is
    installed on the ceiling.
    High performance air filter
The air filter uses Electret Air Filter charged fibers to efficiently filter out
dust so performance does not suffer even in dusty environments.
    Flexible installation
    Optional lenses
The four optional lenses, give the user the flexibility to use their projector
    in a multitude of environments.
    Manual lens shift
The lens can be moved manually to shift the position of the image. It
can be moved +/20 degrees to the left and right, and +/40 degrees
up and down on a the screen. Fine adjustments after ceiling installation
can be done using a screwdriver. Adjusting the screen position can also
    be done easily.

    Higher image and sound quality
    H
    igh image quality
The CPX608, CPX605 and CPX505 have a variety of functions to
improve the images that they project. Thanks to Motion Adaptive
Progressive Scan, 3:2 Pull Down, Noise Reduction, Equalizing Gamma and
3D Y/C Separation, you can even project moving pictures with beautiful
    clarity.
    Active Iris
In addition to a high 1000:1 contrast ratio, these projectors feature an
Active Iris that is automatically controlled to ensure best image contrast
and depth perspective during both bright and dark scenes.
    Quiet 30dB Whisper mode
In order to ensure high quality presentations with this range of projectors,
we have designed them to have a 30dB noise level (whisper mode),
surprisingly low for this category of projector. Through careful noise
suppression, they provide an ideal audiovisual environment.
    Builtin 16W
    The CPX608/X605/X505 have four speakers
with a high output of 4W. You get 16W of
total output without the need to connect
external speakers. And thanks to SRS
WOW*, the sound is both dynamic and clear.
    More detailed management
    Projector monitoring
    and control
    The The CPX608, CPX605 and
CPX505 can be integrated into a
    LAN for centralised monitoring of
power, input, lamp time and other
functions. In fact, more than 500
    projectors can be monitored from
a single PC. It is also possible to control the power and other functions
of a single specified projector or of all projectors linked via the LAN.
This makes operating projectors installed in different rooms a simple task.
Moreover,Projector Monitoring and Control can be applied to both wired
    and wireless networks.
    Email alerts
    Using Simple Network
    Management Protocol (SNMP),
the projector is able to remotely
    monitor and diagnose its status
and the status of other network
    applications with SNMP
    Management Software. When an
error or trouble occurs, the projector uses Simple Mail Transfer Protocol
(SMTP) to send a warning massage to up to five email addresses.

    							Standard features
    3500/4000 ANSI Lumenswith optical zoom.
Full Connectivity2 xRGB IN, 1 x Digital RGB IN (M1D) and RGB
monitor out with audio in/out and versatile video connections.
Quick Start and Instant OffThese features are ideal for quick
presentations. The image will appear in seconds after power on and the
unit can be instantly powered off after a presentation.
Input Source Naming The name of any input can be changed to one
of your own choosing for easier use.
    M
    y Button
    There are 2 user programmable
    b
uttons on the remote control that may be set with
    a
ny command. The user can set up these buttons
from a simple, easy to understand menu.
‘Resolution Preset’ensures special resolutions, such as WXGA will be
recognised and resized and placed in the optimum position. Custom
modes can also be stored to remember user’s own resolutions.
Whiteboard Mode and Blackboard Mode–Images displayed on
whiteboards may be too bright, whiteboard mode changes the gamma
curve to reduce the peak white brightness allowing users to enjoy the
benefits of a bright projector but reducing potential health and safety risks
of looking directly into one. Blackboard mode provides better colour
balance when projecting onto a coloured background.
Anti Theft Features–The three projectors have an impressive suite
of antitheft measures – security bar is a steel bar embedded in the
chassis which provides a strong anchor point for a chain. It is also a
visible security feature to prevent casual removal:
    – PinLock is a means of inactivating the projector until a user preset key
    sequence is input
    – ’My Screen Lock’ allows users to personalise the start up screen with
awarning or ownership message and lock this screen with a pin code
–Atransition detector operates whenever the projection angle or settings
are changed from the installed position – this is locked by a pin code

    Easy and simple presentations
    W
    ireless Presentations (CPX608)
    With the CPX608, you don’t need a
cable for connection to a PC — it’s done
wirelessly! It’s quick and easy to start
your presentation, and there’s no cable
to get in your way. You can turn the
projector on and off and adjust the
volume with a control bar on the PC
instead of using a remote control.
    PCLess Presentations (CPX608)
More flexibility! You can use HDD media
players, USB storage devices or ultra
handy SD cards to give presentations
without a PC. In addition to compatibility
with a variety of files, including MPEG4
(standard profile), JPEG, BMP and PNG,
you enjoy the advantage of auto slide
    show and endless play functions.
Control and monitoring via web browser
Projectors can be controlled and monitored via a web browser without
having to download and install application software.
    Still image transfer (eSHOT)*
Using this function, VGAquality still pictures can be transferred from a
PC to the projector. And by using the Schedule function, the images can
be shown at preset times for using the screen like a message board.
Multi screen function for conferences (CPX608)
Images from up to four PCs can be shown simultaneously on the
screen to add more versatility to your presentations. Any of the images
can be selected for viewing on the full screen.
    Projection of external data*(CPX608)
Data received by the control PC via LAN from an external memory
device can be output from the projector. This means you have a much
wider range of material to choose from.
    * To use these functions, it is necessary to download the appropriate software. Ask your dealer for details.
