    Page 2 fIrMWare Update To deter mine if a fir mware update is required, please follow these steps: • With the camera fully charged, attach the LCD BacPac ™ to camera and power camera on (see attachment instr uc tions on page 4). If the LCD screen powers on, you have the latest fir mware and no update is needed. • If the LCD BacPac does not power on, then you will need to download and install the latest fir mware for your camera at: gopro.com/firmware. 2

Push BacPac connector (C) into the HERO Bus port (D) on the back of the camera. REmoving LCD BACP AC fRom hD hERo 1. Pull back on left side of BacPac marked with the arrow to disconnect from the HERO bus port. 2. Slide hooked end of BacPac (A) out of camera groove (B). 4
