15 6 How To Use George Foreman’s Lean Mean Contact Roasting Machine 1. Place the Contact Roaster on a stable and level surface, such as a counter top. Wipe the Heating Plates with a damp cloth to remove all dust. Make sure the ON/OFF Button is in the OFF position. 2.
