Troubleshooting

respond� How do I

device is in USB mass 
storage mode? On the device, an image of the device connected to a 
computer appears� 
On your computer, you should see a new removable 
disk drive in My Computer on Windows computers and a 
mounted volume on Mac computers� 
My device is 
connected to the 
computer, but it will not 
go into mass storage 
mode� You may have loaded a corrupted file�

Disconnect the device from your computer � 
2�  Turn off the device�
3�  Hold 
 while you connect the device to your 
computer � 
4�  Continue holding 
 for 30 seconds or until the device 
goes into mass storage mode�
