STEAMINGThis Function quickly brings cooking liquid to a boil for steaming food or cooking rice. 1. Place the Removable Cooking Pot into the Cool-to-the-Touch Housing. 2. To steam food, place a small plastic, heat-resistant steaming rack or basket (NOT INCLUDED) in the bottom of the Removable Cooking Pot.
