Note: Lenscalibration helpstheprojector tocorrectly acquirethelens position andadjustment range, andcantake upto100 seconds tocomplete. 52 Caution: Removethelens onlywhen necessary andmake surethefront ofthe projector isnot facing up when youremove thelens. Thisprevents dirtordust from entering theprojector andlowering the projection quality.Avoidtouching thelens withyour bare hands toprevent fingerprints onordamage to the lens surface. 1. Center thelens using theLens Shift(remote) orLens (control panel)button. 2. Turn offthe projector andunplug thepower cord. 3. Pull thelens cover offofthe projector. 4. 53 Attaching andRemoving theCable Cover You canattach thecable cover thatcame withyour projector tohide theattached cablesfromview. 1. Bundle thecables together usingaband orother fastener (notprovided). Caution: Donot bundle thepower cordtothe other cables. Otherwise, afire may occur. 2. Place thecable cover onthe projector asshown, guiding thecables through thenotch onthe base of the cable cover.
54 3. Tighten bothcable cover screws. To remove thecover, loosen bothscrews andpullthecover offofthe projector. Toprevent displayofthe IPaddress onthe standby screen,turnoffIPAddress Display. 10. When youfinish selecting settings,selectComplete andfollow theon-screen instructions tosave your settings andexitthemenus.
