Using the Remote Control as a Wireless Mouse
You can use the projectors remote control as a wireless mouse so you can control projection at a
distance from the computer.
1. Connect the projector to a computer using the projectors USB-B,Computer, or HDMIport to
display video.
2. If you connected your computer to a port other than the projectors USB-Bport, also connect a USB
cable to the projectors USB-Bport and to a USB port on your computer (for wireless mouse
support).

Using the Remote Control as a Pointer
You can use the projectors remote control as a pointer to help you call out important information on the
screen. The default pointer shape is an arrow, but you can select an alternative shape using the Settings
menu.
1. Press thePointerbutton on the remote control.
2. Use the arrow buttons on the remote control to move the pointer on the screen.
3. Press Escto clear the pointer from the screen.

Image Aspect Ratio
The projector can display images in different width-to-height ratios called aspect ratios. Normally the
input signal from your video source determines the images aspect ratio. However, for certain images
you can change the aspect ratio to fit your screen by pressing a button on the remote control.
If you always want to use a particular aspect ratio for a certain video input source, you can select it using
the projectors menus.
