60 MaintenanceC Loosen the two lamp fixing screws. Loosen the two lamp fixing screws with the screwdriver that is supplied with the spare lamp (or your own cross head screwdriver). D Take out the lamp. Hold the lamp as shown in the illustration below and lift it up and out of the projector. 61 Maintenance The projector has a built-in counter which keeps track of the lamp operating time. When the cumulative operating time reaches a certain point, it causes the replacement warning message to be displayed. Therefore, the counter needs to be reset after the lamp has been replaced with a new one. You can do this using the configuration menu. PROCEDUREA Connect the power cable and turn on the projector.
