    Open theprojectors lenscover.

    Connect thepower cordtothe projectors powerinlet.

    Plug thepower cordintoanelectrical outlet.
     The
    projectors powerlightturns orange. Thisindicates thattheprojector isreceiving power,butis
     not
    yetturned on(itisin standby mode).
     Note:
    WithDirect Power Onturned on,theprojector turnsonassoon asyou plug itin.
     4.
    Press thepower button onthe projector orthe remote controltoturn onthe projector.
     The
    projector beepsandthepower lightflashes greenasthe projector warmsup.Once theprojector
     is
    warmed up,thepower lightstops flashing andturns green.
     Warning:
    Neverlookintotheprojector lenswhen thelamp ison. This candamage youreyes andis
     especially
    dangerous forchildren.
     If
    you donot see aprojected imagerightaway, trythe following:

    Verify thelens cover isopen allthe way.
     •
    Turn onthe connected computerorvideo device.

    Insert aDVD orother video media, andpress theplay button (ifnecessary).
     •
    Press theSource Searchbuttononthe projector orremote controltodetect thevideo source.
     •
    Press thebutton forthe video source onthe remote control.

    turning offthe projector, shutdown anycomputer connected toitso you canseethecomputer
     display
    duringshutdown.
     Note:
    Turnoffthis product whennotinuse toprolong thelifeofthe projector. Lamplifewill vary
     depending
    uponmode selected, environmental conditions,andusage. Brightness decreasesovertime.
     1.
    Press thepower button onthe projector orthe remote control.
     The
    projector displaysashutdown confirmation screen.
     2.
    Press thepower button again.(Toleave iton, press anyother button.)
     The
    projector beepstwice,thelamp turns off,and thepower lightturns orange.
     Note:
    WithEpsons InstantOfftechnology, thereisno cool-down periodsoyou canpack upthe
     projector
    fortransport rightaway (ifnecessary).
     Caution:
    Donot turn theprojector onimmediately afterturning itoff. Turning theprojector onand off
     frequently
    mayshorten thelifeofthe lamp.

    Totransport orstore theprojector, makesurethepower lightisorange (butnotflashing), then
     unplug
    thepower cord.
     Caution:
    Toavoid damaging theprojector orlamp, never unplug thepower cordwhen thepower
     light
    isgreen orflashing orange.

    3DImages
     You
    canview 3Dimages usingyourprojector.
     1.
    Connect a3D-compatible videodevice tothe projector usingacompatible HDMIcable.
     2.
    Turn onthe video device, thenturnonthe projector.
     3.
    Begin playback fromthevideo device.
     Note:
    Makesureyousetthe video device toplay content in3D mode.
     4.
    Press the2D/3D buttononthe remote controltoactivate 3Dmode, ifnecessary.
     5.
    Slide thepower switch onthe 3Dglasses tothe Onposition.
     6.
    Putonthe 3Dglasses. Ifyou donot see a3D image, pairtheglasses withtheprojector.

     Charge
    theglasses whenthestatus lightonthe glasses flashesredtoindicate alow battery.

    Connect thesmaller endofthe charging cabletothe port onthe bridge ofthe glasses.
     Note:
    Makesureyouconnect thecable inthe correct orientation oryou may damage theglasses or
     cable.
    
    2.
    Connect theother endofthe cable tothe USB-A portonthe projector.
     Note:
    Theprojector mustbeturned ontocharge theglasses.
     The
    glasses arefully charged whenthestatus lightonthe glasses staysgreen.
