Printing From a Computer
Before printing documents or photos from your computer, make sure you have set up your product and
installed its software as described on the Start Heresheet.
Note: If you have an internet connection, it is a good idea to check for updates to your product software
on Epsons support website. If you see a Software Update screen, select Enable automatic checking
and click OK. The update scans your system to see if you have the latest product software. Follow the

2. Select the print command in your application.
Note: You may need to select a print icon on your screen, the Printoption in the Filemenu, or
another command. See your applications help utility for details.
3. If necessary, select your product name as the printer you want to use. Note: You may also need to select PropertiesorPreferences to view your print settings.

Print Quality Options - Windows
You can select any of the available Quality options to fine-tune the quality of your print. Some settings
may be unavailable, depending on the paper type and border setting you have chosen.
DraftFor draft printing on plain paper.
Standard For everyday text and image printing.
High For photos and graphics with high print quality.
More Settings Opens a window that lets you choose among levels of speed and quality.

3. Select the double-sided printing options you want to use.
4. Click

5. Print a test copy of your double-sided document to test the selected settings.
6. Follow any instructions displayed on the screen during printing.
Note: The surface of the paper may smear during double-sided printing. Make sure the ink has dried
before reloading the paper.

Reduce/Enlarge Document
checkbox and select one of these sizing options:
• Select the Fit to Pageoption to size your image to fit the paper you loaded. Select the size of the

Color Controls
Lets you select a Color Modesetting, individual settings for Brightness,Contrast,Saturation, and
