DETERGENTS AND ADDITIVES Only use detergents and additives designed for use in a washing machine. We do not recommend mixing different types of deter- gents. This may spoil the washing. There are no restrictions on the use of powder de- tergents. Liquid detergents must not be used when a prewash or the reference pro-gramme (see Programmes table) has been selected.
