41 SETTING On start When this function is “On,” projector is automatically turned on just by switching MAIN ON/OFF SWITCH on. Note ; B e sure to turn projector off properly (refer to section “TURNING OFF PROJECTOR” on P23). If projector is turned off in wrong steps, On Start function does not operate properly. 43 APPENDIX LAMP MANAGEMENT This Projector is equipped with 4 Projection Lamps to ensure brighter image and those lamps are controlled by Lamp Management Function. Lamp Management Function detects status of all lamps and shows status on screen or on LAMP REPLACE indicator. This function also automatically controls Lamp Mode when any of lamps is out for end of life or malfunctions. Projection Lamp lights normally. 44 APPENDIX Check number of lamp to be replaced on Lamp Status Display. Remove two screws on Lamp Cover and press button to open Lamp Cover. (See right figure.) 1 3 Loosen two screws and pull out Lamp Assembly to be replaced by grasping handle.4 Turn off a projector and disconnect AC Power Cord. Model No. of your projector : LC-XT4U/E Replacement Lamp Type No. : POA-LMP100 (Service Parts No. 610 327 4928) Move pointer to Lamp counter reset and then press SELECT button. Lamp lifetime may differ from lamp to lamp and according to the environment of use. There is no guarantee of the same lifetime for each lamp.
