7 3. Setup Wizard You can configure the router by running the Setup Wizard in the CD-ROM provided in the package. The wizard provides quick setup for the Internet connection, SSID, wireless security, firmware upgrade and changing router’s password. 11 4. IP Address Setting If you lost the CD-ROM or you prefer the traditional web setup, please follow the procedures of chapter 4 and chapter 5 to configure the router. Using the router to get into the Internet, the PCs in the network must have Ethernet adapter installed and be connected to the router either directly or through a hub or switch. 12 4. In the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window, select Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically as shown on the following screen. 5. Click OK to confirm the setting. Your PC will now obtain an IP address automatically from your router’s DHCP server.
