Building on the success of the previously launched E-Vision 7000 and 8000 displays, DPI’s E-Vision WXGA 6000 extends the accessibility of DPI’s advanced projectors to a wider range of applications. Producing up to 6,000 lumens of illumination, the E-Vision 6000 can be configured with the same wide array of lens options, user swappable color wheels and advanced color controls that have made the E-Vision series displays integral AV solutions. The E-Vision WXGA 6000 continues the progression of DPI’s cost-effective, high-brightness E-Vision series. Weighing in at less than 40 lbs., the dual-lamp E-Vision WXGA 6000 employs the latest in Texas Instruments’ 1280 x 800 dark metal DLP™ technology to deliver 6,000 lumens and up to 2400:1 contrast. Lightweight with a streamlined cabinet, the incredibly bright E-Vision 6000 presents a compelling imaging solution for lecture halls, conference venues, houses of worship, corporate auditoriums and board-rooms, digital signage, and any other application needing bright, accurate imagery at an unprecedented price point. Announced as an aggressively priced complement to the existing E-Vision series of displays, the E-Vision WXGA 6000 joins the E-Vision WXGA 7000, E-Vision 1080p 8000 and E-Vision WUXGA 8000 projector as a comprehen-sive family of display solutions. Distinct to the new E-Vision WXGA 6000 is a new, lightweight and streamlined cabinet, designed to complement the architectural details of nearly any installation. Further extending the\ integra-tion ease of the E-Vision WXGA 6000 is the display’s two swappable color wheels, allowing integrators or end users to easily install the color wheel that provides the best balance of lumens and color depth to complement their application. Additionally, a variety of fixed and zoom lens options give the E-Vision WXGA 6000 a flexible throw ratio range of .76:1 – 8.26:1. Key benefits of the E-Vision WXGA 6000 include:• Advanced video processing featuring class leading de-interlacing with SD and HD sources processed using auto 3:2 and 2:2 extraction. • Six user-selectable inputs, including HDCP compliant DVI .• Up to 14 Bit color for high greyscale performance and exceptional color depth.• Easy to change, user swappable color wheels - four segment for maximum light output and six segment for maximum color performance. Changing color wheels is achieved in minutes.• A range of precision optics with extended lens shift enable unsurpassed installation flexility and optical performance.• Rugged and capable lens mount, provides motorized zoom, focus, hori-zontal and vertical lens shift. • Dual lamp design provides high brightness with lowest cost of owner ship. Each set of lamps can deliver up to 6000 hours of operational life, when operated in sequential eco mode.
