Using Your Projector21 3To power off the projector quickly, press the Po we r button and hold for 1 second while the projector’s cooling fans are still running. NOTE: Before you turn on the projector again, wait for 60 seconds to allow the internal temperature to stabilize. 4Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet and the projector. Adjusting the Projected Image Raising the Projector Height 1Raise the projector to the desired display angle, and use the front two tilt adjustment wheel to fine-tune the display angle. 2Use the two tilt adjustment wheel to fine-tune the display angle. 22Using Your Projector Adjusting the Projector Focus CAUTION: To avoid damaging the projector, ensure that the zoom lens and elevator foot are fully retracted before moving the projector or placing the projector in its carrying case. 1Rotate the focus tab until the image is clear. Press to synchronize the projector to the input source. NOTE: Auto Adjust does not operate if the on-screen display (OSD) is displayed. 8Down / Keystone adjustment Press to navigate through the On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu items. Press to adjust image distortion caused by tilting the projector (+40/-35 degrees). 9Left / Source Press to navigate through the On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu items. Press to toggle through Analog RGB, Composite, Component (YPbPr via VGA), HDMI, and S-video sources when multiple sources are connected to the projector. 10Menu Press to activate the OSD. Avoid directing the laser light on your eyes. 6Aspect Ratio Press to change aspect ratio of a displayed image. 7Keystone adjustment Press to adjust image distortion caused by tilting the projector (+40/-35 degrees). 8 Pa g e u p Press to move to previous page. Press the Video Mode button to toggle between Presentation mode, Bright mode, Movie mode, sRGB, or Custom mode. Pressing the Vi d e o M o de button once will show the current display mode. Pressing the Vi d e o M o d e button again will switch between modes. 14Blank screen Press to hide/unhide the image. 15 Up Press to navigate through the On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu items. 16 Left Press to navigate through the On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu items. 17 MenuPress to activate the OSD.

Auto adjust does not operate if the OSD is displayed.
30Using Your Projector Installing the Remote Control Batteries NOTE: Remove the batteries from the remote control when not in use. 1Press the tab to lift the battery compartment cover. 2Check the polarity (+/-) marking on the batteries. 3Insert the batteries and align their polarity correctly according to the marking in the battery compartment. NOTE: Avoid mixing different types of batteries or using new and old batteries together. 4Slip the battery cover back.
