CheckValve-Replacement 1.Releaseairpressurefromtheairtank. 2.Loosenthetopandbottomtubenutsandremovethe outlettube, 3.Unscrewthecheckvalve(turncounter-clockwise) usingsocketwrench.(7/8). 4.Checkthatthevalvediscmovesfreelyandthatthe springholdsthediscintheupper,closedposition. Thecheckvalvemaybecleanedwithasolvent-such aspaintthinnerorcarburetorcleaner. 5.Applysealanttothecheckvalvethreads.Reinstallthe checkvalve(turnclockwise).Donotovertighten. 6.Replacetheoutlettubeandtightentopandbottom tubenuts.
