Dual lamps (1chip DLP®models) Projection Displays Christie is a North American manufacturer that develops and manufactures endtoend control room display solutions. Our success is built on: •Continuous product development and application focus •Over 25 years of projection development and control room experience •Strong industry and technology partnering relationships Purposebuilt features designed specifically for the needs of a control room environment utilizing the latest technologies, combined with high performance platforms, make TotalVIEW rear projection products the most comprehensive line of control room display devices available today. Christie’s new TotalVIEW rear projection products feature the latest XGA, SXGA+ and HD DLP®display technology for exceptional color and brightness uniformity performance, high contrast, and superior long term reliability. Christie offers dual UHP™ type lamp systems for lamp redundancy and extremely long lamp life as well as Xenon lamp systems for brighter, more brilliant color performance. All TotalVIEW rear projection products featureChristie’sexclusive KoRE™ electronics and firmware platform which provide the most extensive level of input capability and control flexibility for a rear projection system. The new Christie RPMX and RPMSPD120U projection engines are designed with long life high pressure Mercury lamps (UHP™ type) rated at 10,000 hours (@100W operation). Featured in many of Christie’s other high performance projection system products, Christie’sexclusive KoRE electronics and firmware platform provide the most extensive level of input capability and control flexibility for a rear projection system. Brightness Uniformity Brightness uniformity and matching between projectors is made easy via several brightness optimization control features. For each individual display, close to 100% brightness uniformity can be achieved via uniformity controls that enhance center to edge brightness. Automatic brightness control allows brightness uniformity across the display wall to be automatically maintained over time. Factory Calibration Color matching is one of the most critical functions when setting up a control room wall display. Christie’s projectors are designed with a large color gamut to ensure there is ability to achieve the best color performance across the entire display wall. However to best apply this benefit, Christie has taken its design to a much higher level by colorcalibrating each projector at our factory before we ship to the application site. TotalVIEW Control Room •Multiple usercontrollable brightness modes, including autobrightness. •The most extensive flexibility for setup, control and diagnostic monitoring by: 1)asimple and easy to use IR remote control; 2)awired remote control; 3)aremote terminal via RS232 serial network; or 4)aremote computer’s web browser via network through Ethernet connection. • ChristieNET™ Master Display Controller software. This internally driven browserbased software provides extensive control and monitoring of the projector with a simple and easytouse software interface. Simply connect the projector to your network using the projector’s Ethernet RJ45 connector. ChristieNET can then be available using your standard web browser. ChristieNET’s extensive features allow numerous diagnostic and control benefits, including event scheduling, realtime clock and realtime diagnostic reporting via email! ChristieNET only by Christie. • PictureinPicture, allowing more than one input to be displayed simultaneously. • Dual lamp (automatic changer) hotswappable system automatically changes the lamp upon lamp failure. Failed lamps can easily be replaced within a few minutes while the projector is still operational. •Autocalibrate. Upon a lamp change the autocalibrate feature automatically adjusts display color settings to compensate for lamp color variation between old and new lamps. •Integrated 6axis adjustment system for precise geometryalignment. Features standard on all models... 6axis adjustment (1chip DLP®models) Color Matching Through the use of the internal Comprehensive Color Adjustment (CCA™) feature it is extremely easy to match colors from projector to projector by simply typing in the same X, Y color coordinates for the red, green and blue colors for each projector. Only a minor fine adjustment is thenrequired to provide a visually perfect color balance across the display wall. Each projection system is factory calibrated for precise and accurate color control. Only Christie offers this complete level of control and capability! High Stability Integrated 6Axis Adjustment System (RPMX & RPMSP Models) A new 6axis adjustment system integrated within the optical projection head provides an extensive level of control, minimizing geometric display distortion. The rugged platform design of the adjustment system assures ahigh level of stability, repeatability and dampening for environments prone to intermittent vibration or shock resulting in overall system cost savings, increased performance and stability, and simpler installations. • The 6axis adjustment system allows the projector lens to be positioned veryaccurately relative to the display screen, fitting the image to the screen with minimal distortion at all corners and edges. • Side to side, top to bottom, zoom, tilt, pitch and yaw adjustments. Easily performed with adjuster controls, installation and setup are simple tasks. Unlike many other rear projection systems, all TotalVIEW rear projection systems include several unique features designed for use in special or unique situations: • A builtin GPIO port that allows the projector to be hard wired for remote control or active control of external devices based on a projector event. •Several expansion options to accept additional input sources such as HDSDI. •Builtin edgeblending for pure seamless tiling. • Optional warp module to allow display on uneven, unusual or curved surfaces.
