ENGLISH 19 10. Maintenance Before taking care of the projector, be sure to turn off, unplug, and cool down it. Especially for maintenance of the lamp unit, allow the projector to cool for 45 minutes about. 10.1 Lamp unit A worn out lamp bulb could burn or burst. 20 WARNING HIGH VOLTAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE HIGH PRESSURE ● The projector uses a high-pressure mercury glass lamp. The lamp can break with a loud bang, or burn out, if jolted or scratched, handled while hot, or worn over time. Note that each lamp has a different lifetime, and some may burst or burn out soon after you start using them.
