When	selecting	user	adjustable	[Image	mode],	the	submenu	will	be	displayed.
You	 can	customize	 each	gamma	 or	color.	 To	do	 so,	 first	 select	 [Image	 mode]	and	press	 the	OK	 button,	 then	pro-

Adjusting Clock and Phase [Clock / Tracking]
This	allows	you	to	manually	adjust	[Clock]	and	[Tracking].
Clock  ..................... Use this item to fine tune the computer image or to remove any ver tical banding that might appear. 
This function adjusts the clock frequencies that eliminate the horizontal banding in the image.

Adjusting Horizontal/ Vertical Position [Horizontal position/ Vertical position]
Adjusts the image location horizontally and vertically.
-	 An	image	can	be	distorted	during	the	adjustment	of	[Clock]	and	[Tracking].	This	is	not	malfunction.

Selecting Aspect Ratio [Aspect]
The term “aspect ratio” refers to the ratio of width to height of a projected image.
The projector automatically determines the incoming signal and displays it in its appropriate aspect ratio.
•	This	table	shows	typical	resolutions	and	aspect	ratios	that	most	computers	support.

Adjusting the Vertical Position of Image [D.image shift] (not available on LV-8310/LV-8215)
When	[16:9],	[15:9],	or	[16:10]	is	selected	in	[Aspect],	the	image	is	displayed	with	black	borders	on	the	top	and	bot-
tom.
You can adjust the vertical position from the top to the bottom of the black area.

Enabling Auto Keystone [Auto keystone]
This feature allows the projector to detect its tilt and correct vertical distortion automatically.
To	turn	off	the	
Auto	Keystone	feature,	select	[Off].
NOTE:	 When	[Auto	keystone]	 is	set	 to	[On],	 [Keystone	 save]	is	not	 available.	 Next	time	you	turn	 on	the	 power,	 the	Auto	 keystone	
function	will	work	and	the	data	stored	with	[Keystone	save]	will	be	invalid.

Selecting Lamp Mode [Lamp mode]
Selecting	[Quiet]	for	Lamp	mode	will	help	you	to	reduce	CO
2 emissions from the projector.
(Amount of CO
2 emission reduction is calculated based on power consumption)
This  feature  enables  you  to  select  two  brightness  modes  of  the  lamp:  Normal  and  Quiet  modes. The  lamp  life  can

To close the message, press the OK or the BACK button. The message will disappear if no button operation is done 
for 30 seconds. 
When	[Normal]	is	selected	for	[Lamp	mode]	
Pressing	the	OK	button	will	display	the	[Lamp	mode]	screen.	(
