ChangingthePrintOptionsYoucanchangethedetailedprinterdriversettingsforprintdatathatissentfromanapplicationsoftware.Specifythisoptionifyouencounterprintfailuressuchaspartofanimagedatabeingcutoff.

Click PrintOptions... onthePageSetup tab
ThePrintOptions dialogboxopens.

RegisteringaFrequentlyUsedPrintingProfileYoucanregisterthefrequentlyusedprintingprofileto CommonlyUsedSettingsontheQuickSetup tab.
Unnecessaryprintingprofilescanbedeletedatanytime.

EnteranameintheNamefield.Ifnecessary,click Options...,settheitems,andthenclick OK.
Inthe SaveCommonlyUsedSettings dialogbox,clickOKtosavetheprintsettingsandreturntothe
QuickSetup tab.
Thenameandiconaredisplayedin CommonlyUsedSettings.

SettingtheInkCartridgetobeUsedThisfeatureenablesyoutospecifythemostappropriateFINEcartridgeamonginstalledcartridges
accordingtoanintendeduse.
WhenoneoftheFINEcartridgesbecomesemptyandcannotbereplacedimmediatelybyanewone,you
canspecifytheotherFINEcartridgethatstillhasinkandcontinueprinting.

Click InkCartridgeSettings...

ManagingthePrinterPowerThisfunctionallowsyoutomanagetheprinterpowerfromtheprinterdriver.

The PowerOff functionturnsofftheprinter.Whenyouusethisfunction,youwillnotbeabletoturnthe
printeronfromtheprinterdriver.

Executepoweroff
Click PowerOff ontheMaintenance tab.Whentheconfirmationmessageappears,click OK....

ClickOK.Whentheconfirmationmessageappears,click OK.
The Maintenance tabisdisplayedagain.
Thesettingisenabledafterthis.Whenyouwanttodisablethisfunction,select Disablefromthelist
accordingtothesameprocedure.
