Basic Printing 3 Loading Paper This section describes how to load paper in the sheet feeder and the cassette. Print Media to Avoid Do not use the following types of paper. Using such paper will not only produce unsatisfactory results, but can also cause the printer to jam or malfunction. Loading paper in the sheet feeder is easy, and is convenient if you frequently switch to and print on various sizes or types of paper. You can load up to 150 sheets of plain paper (64 gsm or 17 lb, 13 mm or 0.52 inches in height) in the sheet feeder. However, do not stack more than 50 sheets in the paper output tray.
