18 Initial Preparations Prepare for shooting as follows. Attaching Accessories 1 Attach the strap. zAttach the included strap to the camera as shown. zOn the other side of the camera, attach the strap the same way. 2 Attach the lens cap. zRemove the lens cap from the lens and attach the lens cap cord to the strap. zAlways remove the lens cap before turning the camera on. 19 3 Remove the battery pack. zAfter unplugging the battery charger, remove the battery pack by pushing it in (1) and up (2). ● To protect the battery pack and keep it in optimal condition, do not charge it continuously for more than 24 hours. ●For battery chargers that use a power cord, do not attach the charger or cord to other objects.
