61 d: Program AE Change the ISO speed or use the built-in flash. To match the subject and ambient li ghting level, you can change the ISO speed (p.62) or use the bu ilt-in flash (p.64). 63 Z: Changing the ISO Speed N If the ISO speed is set to “AUTO”, the actual ISO speed to be set will be displayed when you press the shutter button halfway. 65 D Using the Built-in Flash If the subject is far away, increase the ISO speed. By increasing the ISO speed, you can extend the flash range. In bright light, decrease the ISO speed. If the exposure setting in the viewfi nder blinks, decrease the ISO speed. Detach the lens hood and keep at least 1 meter/3.3 feet away from the subject.
