Troubleshooting Guide does not resolve the problem, contact your 
dealer or nearest Canon Service Center.

If there is a problem with the camera, an 
error message appears. Follow the on-
screen instructions.
To recover from the error screen, turn the 
power switch off and on, or remove and 
reinstall the battery.
If error 02 (Card problem) is displayed, 
remove and reinstall the card or format 
the card. This may resolve the problem.
If the same error keeps occurring, there may be a problem. Write 
down the error code and consult your nearest Canon Service 
Center.
