    							1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.2.Tap  Settings  to set the point of regard. Then, double-tap to activate the  Settings menu.
    3. Tap  Accessibility  to set the point of regard. Then, double-tap to activate the  Accessibility option.
    4. Tap  Screen Reader  to set the point of regard. Then, double-tap to activate the  Screen Reader option.
    5. To set text verbosity, complete the following steps: a. Tap  Verbosity with one 
    finger to set the point of regard.
    b. Tap with one 
    finger to activate the  Verbosity field as the point of regard and open the drop-down list of options.
    c. Tap with one 
    finger set the point of regard on either the high verbosity or low verbosity options.
    d. Double-tap with one 
    finger to select your choice.
    6. To set punctuation verbosity, complete the following steps: a. Tap  Punctuation Verbosity  with one 
    finger to set the point of regard.
    b. Tap with one 
    finger to activate the  Punctuation Verbosity  field as the point of regard and open the drop-down
    list of options.
    c. From the drop-down list, tap  None if you don

    							Hearing Aid mode is designed to improve the compatibility of your device with your hearing aid. When you have Hearing Aid
    mode turned on, 
     appears on the status bar.
    1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap   Settings  > Accessibility  > Hearing Aid Settings .
    3. Turn on the Hearing Aid Mode  switch.
    Turn on TTY support The TTY device that you want to connect to your BlackBerry device must operate at 45.45 bps.
    TTY support is designed to allow your device to connect with an external TTY device that converts received calls to text.
    If your TTY device is designed for use with a 2.5-mm headset jack, you must use an adapter accessory to connect your TTY
    device to your device.
    1. Connect a TTY device to your device according to the instructions that came with your TTY device. 2. In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    3.Tap   Settings  > TTY .
    4. Turn on the  TTY switch.
    Tip:  You can also turn on TTY support from your home screen. Swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap  Settings  >
    Accessibility  > TTY .

    files by using your BlackBerry device as a drive on
    your computer.
    You can also use BlackBerry Link to keep your media 
    files and documents in sync between your device and your computer.

    							Transfer files between your computer and device using a USB connection
    1.Using a USB cable, connect your BlackBerry device to your computer. 
     
    2. If necessary, enter your device password. Your device and media card appear as drives on your computer.
    3. Go to the 
    files or folders that you want to copy.
    4. Drag and drop the 
    files or folders.
    Transfer 
    files between your computer and device using a Wi-Fi connection
    You must set a new storage access password each time that you turn on access to storage using a Wi-Fi network. Before
    files are moved over a Wi-Fi network, you are prompted to enter the storage access password.
    1. On the home screen of your BlackBerry device, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap   Settings  > About .
    3. In the  Category drop-down list, tap  Network. Make note of the  IPv4 address.

    5. Tap  Storage and Access .
    6. Turn on the  Access using Wi-Fi  switch.
