    screw. 	T\fghten	 unt\fl	secure.
    3.	 Sl\fde	 handle	assembly	 down	\fnto	lower	 body	
    unt\fl	 \ft	w\fll	 go	no	further.
    4.	 Secure	 the	handle	 by	\blac\fng	 the	large	
    Ph\fll\f\bs	 head							 screw	through	 the	screw	
    o\ben\fng	 \fn	the	 lower	 body	and	\fnto	the	rear	
    of	 the	 handle	 assembly. 	T\fghten	 w\fth

    Water purification system

    from tap water, preventing water depo\bit\b from 
    damaging your Steam  mop. It \b\fould be replaced 
    w\fen t\fe brig\ft green grain\b turn blue.  to maximize 
    performance of t\fe filter, di\btilled water may be u\bed.

    back.
    B.	 T\fghten	 mo\b	\bad	by	\bull\fng	 on	the	
    drawstr\fng	 wh\fle	\bress\fng	 on	toggle.

    2.	 F\fll	the	water	 tank.
    A.	 Remove	 tank	by	l\fft\fng	 stra\fght	 u\b	and	 away	
    from	 un\ft.
    B.	 Unscrew	 ca\b	at	bottom	 of	water	 tank	and	
    remove	 the	\fnsert	 assembly.
    C.	 F\fll	 water	tank	w\fth	water. 	For	 best	 results, 	
    water	 should	 be	at	room	 tem\berature.
    D.	 Re\blace	 \fnsert	assembly	 and	ca\b,	t\fghten	
    unt\fl	 snug.
    E.	 Re\blace	 water	tank	by	l\fn\fng	 u\b	vert\fcal	
    gu\fdes	 and	gently	 sl\fd\fng	 tank	\fnto	\blace.
    3.	 Tw\fst	 the	Qu\fck	 Release	 cord	wra\b	 clockw\fse	 to	
    unwra\b	 the	\bower	 cord	com\bletely	 and	\blug	 \fnto	a	
    \bro\ber	 outlet	as	descr\fbed	 on	the	 Im\bortant	 Safety	
    Instruct\fons, 	\bage	 3.
    4.	 The	 ready	l\fght	w\fll	\fllum\fnate	 when	the	Steam	 Mo\b	
    Max	 \fs	ready	 for	use.

    t\foroug\fly \bweep or vacuum floor prior to cleaning 
    wit\f t\fe Steam  mop  max.

    Your Steam  mop  max i\b de\bigned to clean \fard floor   
    \burface\b \buc\f a\b ceramic tile, vinyl, laminate, marble, 
    \btone and \bealed \fard wood floor\b. U\be of your Steam 
    m op  max on waxed or \bome unwaxed floor\b may re\bult 
    in a dimini\b\fed glo\b\bine\b\b.  t\fe Steam  mop  max i\b not 
    for u\be on un\bealed wood floor\b. En\bure t\fe Steam  mop 
    m ax i\b t\foroug\fly te\bted in an incon\bpicuou\b area prior 
    to mopping a large floor area. Al\bo, be \bure to c\feck t\fe

    slowly 	\bass\fng 	over 	surface 	wh\fle 	\bress\fng 	the 	steam	
    on 	demand 	tr\fgger 	to 	em\ft 	steam 	as 	needed.

    all time\b for Steam  mop  max to work \bati\bfactorly.
    2.	 To	 san\ft\fze	 an	area	 of	your	 floor	 (attack	 \fnv\fsable	
    germs	 and	bacter\fa)	 leave	the	Steam	 Mo\b	Max	
    over	 area	 for	a	m\fn\fmum	 15	seconds, 	but	 no	longer	
    than	 20	seconds. 	For	 larger	 areas,	overla\b	 sw\fvel	
    head	 \blacement. 	
    3.	 When	the 	Steam 	Mo\b 	Max 	sto\bs 	em\ftt\fng 	steam, 	
    s\fm\bly 	remove 	the 	water 	tank, 	ref\fll 	and	 	
    cont\fnue 	clean\fng.

    will ea\bily glide over t\fe carpet. 
    notE: Alway\b be \bure a mop pad i\b in place   
    before placing in carpet refre\b\fer attac\fment.

    attac\fment on \bpot\b or \btain\b or glide it over

    2.	 Place 	the 	sw\fvel 	mo\b 	head, 	w\fth 	a 	wh\fte 	mo\b	
    \bad 	attached, 	\fn 	the 	car\bet 	refresher 	attachment. 		
    note:  t\fe Steam  mop  max re\bt\b in t\fe carpet 
    refre\b\fer attac\fment and may not \btay attac\fed 
    to t\fe \bwivel mop \fead. It i\b meant to glide over 
    t\fe carpet.
    3.	 F\fll	 the	water	 tank	w\fth	water. 	Beg\fn	 refresh\fng	
    your	 car\bet	 or	rug	 by	\bush\fng	 the	Steam	 Mo\b	
    Max	 \fn	a	forward	 and	backward	 mot\fon,		
    releas\fng	 steam	as	you	 go.
    4.	 When	 you	have	 f\fn\fshed	 refresh\fng	 your	car\bet	
    or	 rug, 	un\blug	 the	Steam	 Mo\b	Max	and	remove	
    from	 the	car\bet	 or	rug.

    refre\b\fer attac\fment in a continuou\b motion 
    until you are fini\b\fed.  t\fi\b product i\b not 
    intended to be u\bed a\b a carpet cleaner, only a

    When you're done
    1.	 Un\blug	 \bower	cord	from	 outlet.
    2.	 Carefully	 remove	mo\b	\bad	from	 sw\fvel	 head,	as	
    mo\b	 \bad	and	lower	 assembly	 w\fll	be	hot.
    3.	 Any	 water	rema\fn\fng	 \fn	the	 water	 tank	should	
    be	 em\bt\fed	 \br\for	to	mach\fne	 storage.
    4.	 Mo\b	\bad	can	be	mach\fne	 washed	\fn	hot	 water. 		
    Tumble	 dry	on	low	 heat	 or	a\fr	 dry. 	
    5.	 Wra\b	 \bower	cord	around	 Qu\fck	Release	 cord	
    wra\b	 on	s\fde	 of	Steam	 Mo\b.

    water will maximize the   
    performance of your filter.
    Tip:
    During first use, it may ta\fe several 
    secon\bs for the Steam  Mop to begin 
    steaming. The water nee\bs to flow 
    through the filter to the heater. This \belay 
    will only occur \buring initial use or when 
    using a new filter.

    notE: If \bteam output i\b reduced, t\fe nozzle 
    may be blocked.  to remedy, unplug unit, 
    remove \bwivel \fead from lower body and pour 
    vinegar t\froug\f center tube of \bwivel \fead 
    “neck”.  clear nozzle by in\berting a paper clip 
    into t\fe bra\b\b \bpray tip located in bottom of 
    lower body.
    Rep\bacing the \fater purification system
    If you fill your Steam  mop  max cleaner wit\f normal 
    tap water, it i\b e\b\bential to c\feck t\fe water purification 
    \by\btem and replace it w\fen it i\b no longer effective. 
    c \fange t\fe filter w\fen t\fe brig\ft green grain\b turn 
    blue. If t\fe filter i\b not c\fanged at t\fe appropriate time, 
    calcium depo\bit\b will accumulate on t\fe \feating   
    element, cau\bing damage or reduced performance.
    U\bing di\btilled or demineralized water will maximize 
    t\fe performance of your filter.
