Operation 21 Operation Starting up the projector 1. Plug the AC adapter into the DC IN socket of the projector. 2. Plug one end of the power cord into the AC adapter. 3. Operation 22 Using the menus The projector is equipped with On-Screen Display (OSD) menus for making various adjustments and settings. Below is the overview of the OSD menu. Operation 23 Utilizing the password function For security purposes and to help prevent unauthorized use, the projector includes an option for setting up password security. The password can be set through the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. For details of the OSD menu operation, please refer to Using the menus on page 22. Be sure the Quick Auto Search function in the SOURCE menu is On (which is the default of this projector) if you want the projector to automatically search for the signals.
